Computer display going haywire?
Here is a video of my computer going haywire http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dl1seAKwFTY i think it is something to do with the display... i just got this pc from cyberpowerpc.com - it is an intel core 2 duo, 2gb ram, 500 watt supply, 8600 gt 1gig gpu, 500gb hd... it happens randomly, sometimes not for days, to fix it i just hold down the power button and manually restart since the pc pretty much locks up to the point that nothing is happening except for whats in that video.
So while it happens, the computer locks up?
Generally that is going to be an issue with the Video card. Since it locks up, we know it is not the monitor that is causing the issue.
Contact Cyberpower and tell them what is going on, link them to the video you took and they will know what is going on. Then it is just a matter of getting the card replaced.
