Pokemon diamond shinies?

Alright, ive done my research and im just utterly confused!!! I know u use the pokeradar in a patch of grass, you stay there and use it to find identical patches with the pokemon u want. I do this, and when i continue the quest, i mean, it sometimes randomly cuts the chain!!! I just need some help, please dont link videos or sites. but i actually want a link to a site that shows the sheet with the 1s,2s,3s,and 4s and X's, that shows u where to walk. also if someone could just type out an easy guide for me it would be great!!!

I don't know a site that can tell you how do chain easily, but I've been hunting them myself and I've had a some trouble too. This is what I've found out. In order to chain effectively, do this:

1. Find a large patch of grass that allows for easy maneuverability between patches.
2. Use a repel, preferably a Super Repel, and put a Pokemon at least 5 levels higher than the general consensus of the level of the Pokemon in that area.
3. DON'T use you bike, ever, it immediately cancels a chain.
4. Now activate the PokeRadar. Search through the shaking grass until you find the Pokemon you want.
5. When you find it make note of the grass it was in!! Then beat it by killing it or capturing it.

Now PAY ATTENTION!!!

6. After you defeat the first Pokemon of the chain, look for patches of grass that were the same as the first one! This is extremely important. If you choose a different looking patch of grass, chances are the chain will end.

7. ALSO EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!! Don't pick a patch of grass that is near you. Try to find a patch that looks like the first one and is the farthest distance away from you.

8. DON'T GO INTO PATCHES THAT ARE ON THE BORDER OF THE GRASS!!!! If you go into the outer edges of the grass, chances are the game will stop randomly generating more Pokemon for you because it can't see the grass.

9. Reset the Pokeradar if none of the grass meet specifications 6-8. Walk another 50 steps to recharge the Pokeradar and use it again.

Assume that you are hunting a Snorunt or something and you find it in a yellow patch. You defeat it and the diagram demonstrates the next set of grass patches. You should only go for ones like the one in the top right corner. Once you become more accustomed to chaining, you can go for more dangerous grass patches. Hope this helps. Good Luck chaining.
