I can't remember the name of a book can someone help?

The book has a couple of unicorns on the cover with a crown, a dagger and another creature (like an elf/imp/goblin something human in shape but not human), the book is about unicorns (but not in a girly way) and has magic that needs the use of gems and stones (like an Agate for teleportation) and an ice dragon. It is in a series but not the first of the series, does anyone know of this book? or even just the series it's in?
